Users are prohibited from using our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, and must not violate any laws in their jurisdiction, including copyright laws, while using the service.

RangRaze may send promotional SMS/ WhatsApp messages/ E-mails/ make calls to registered customers.

RangRaze reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice to the customer, with a full refund issued if any payment has been made.

RangRaze also reserves the right to BLOCK/ BLACKLIST any customer without notice or intimation, refusing to accept or process orders from these customers (refunding pre-paid orders placed by such customers without notice or intimation). Reasons for blacklisting may include, but are not limited to, frequent product returns, attempts by customers to leverage their position/profession, product returns after use, refusal of COD orders, or customers raising Transaction Disputes without prior communication with RangRaze, all of which could result in monetary or reputational loss to RangRaze.
