Indian Customers:-

Free Shipping: Shipping within India is absolutely FREE OF COST.
Couriers: RangRaze Ship’s via the FASTEST courier service available.
Dispatch Time: We create your product with lots of love and attention. Thereafter, the product needs to clear the Quality Checks. But as RangRaze believes in the “CUSTOMER FIRST '' approach, we would make this entire process as fast as possible. So, your order would be dispatched within 7-8 working days (barring special circumstances).
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3-7 days. We collaborate with reputable courier services to ensure timely delivery.
Pre-Order Products: "Made on Order" products take 15-25 working days, or longer, to dispatch. Products are dispatched as soon as they are ready.
Partial Shipments: We do not wait for complete orders to be ready for shipment, allowing you to receive products as they become available.
Tracking Information: Tracking details are emailed upon shipment. Occasionally, software upgrades may delay this notification.
Stock Delays: If a product is out of stock, we will contact you via email/ SMS/ call. You can choose to wait, select alternative products, or opt for a store credit, refund, or exchange.
Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, our representatives will confirm your order within 1 working day.

International Customers :-

Global Shipping: We ship worldwide using DHL.
Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Prepaid Orders Only: Only prepaid orders are accepted for international shipping. COD international orders will be cancelled.
Dispatch Time: We create your product with lots of love and attention. Thereafter, the product needs to clear the Quality Checks. But as RangRaze believes in the “CUSTOMER FIRST '' approach, we would make this entire process as fast as possible. So, your order would be dispatched within 10-20 working days (barring special circumstances).
Pre-Order Products: "Made on Order" products take 20-25 business days to dispatch. Orders are shipped once all products are ready.
Additional Delivery Time: After dispatch, additional days are required for delivery by the shipping partner.
Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for VAT, import duties, and local taxes applicable in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid to release your order from customs.
Duty Payments: Our delivery partners are authorised to deposit duties on behalf of the customer, who can then clear these charges directly with the delivery partners upon receiving the package.
