Return Policy for Domestic Orders
- Returns are eligible within 2 days from the delivery date.
- Some product categories are not eligible for return; details listed below.
- Returns may be requested under the following valid reasons:

Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Luxe Collection Sarees (Eligible for exchange via store credit within 2 days).
- Salwar Suits (Only size exchange allowed within 2 days).
- Products sold under exclusive offers or special deals.
- Lehengas and Anarkalis.
- Customized or tailored pieces.
- Orders made using Store Credit.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Submit a return request within 2 days via our Return Center or email us at help@rangraze.in with order details and reason. For damaged/incorrect products, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory. Note: Return requests through Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook or calls will not be processed.
- Once reviewed and approved, our support team will confirm the next steps.
- We will schedule a pickup. Returned products must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
- A logistics deduction of Rs. 400/- per product will apply for return processing.
Refund / Store Credit Process:
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund or store credit will be issued as per eligibility. Refund/store credit shall only apply to the product price; any additional charges like shipping will not be refunded.
- Processing usually takes 7–10 working days from return initiation.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued through RazorpayX. Customers must email their account details (Name, Account Number, IFSC, Branch Name) to help@rangraze.in.
- Store credit will be sent as a coupon code to your registered email ID. It can be applied at checkout. Validity: 90 days. It can only be used once and remaining balance, if any, will not be refunded.
International Orders
For international shipments, we currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A cancellation fee of Rs. 200 will be charged, and the balance will be refunded. Cancellation is not allowed after 24 hours or if the product has already shipped.
Note: Several products are ready for dispatch; therefore cancellation is not accepted once shipped, even if still within the 24-hour cancellation window.
Rangraze Terms & Conditions
- Slight variations in measurements, weight, or fabric may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
- Material content (zari/silk purity) is guaranteed only when explicitly mentioned.
- Rangraze is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses.
- Actual colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen calibration.
- All legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
- Rangraze reserves the right to approve/reject return or exchange requests at its discretion.
- For damage claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for processing.
- Store credits cannot be combined with active sale offers on the website.
- This policy applies to all orders placed from 1st January 2025 onward.
